What the planner collects

Information you enter about your business, your contact details, website preferences, service interests and any files you choose to upload. Saving or submitting stores those details so they can be used for your website project.

Private brief links

Each saved brief has a private link that grants access to read, edit and download its materials. Anyone with the complete link can access that brief. Share it only with your Dreams Assembly contact and people authorized to work on your project.

How your information is used

Your information supports project planning, preparing the build brief and discussing the services you request. Submission is not a purchase or consent to marketing messages. This planner does not send automated emails or text messages.

Storage and access

Answers and file metadata are stored in a database; uploaded files are held in private object storage. Files are delivered through an access-checked download. The site uses the hosting provider’s infrastructure to process these requests. Team access must be explicitly configured before public client intake begins.

What not to share

Do not upload passwords, access tokens, payment card details, government identification, patient records, or private customer databases. Tell us which systems exist; access can be arranged separately using the provider’s permission controls.

Keeping a copy and requesting changes

Use your resume link to update answers and download a copy of the brief. Contact the Dreams Assembly team member who sent you the planner to request deletion or discuss access. Quote your brief reference without posting the private key publicly.

Before public launch

The business’s formal privacy contact, retention schedule and applicable regional disclosures will be confirmed before this review site is used for public client intake. This version includes no advertising pixels or marketing analytics.
